Acceptable Refunds

Before Work Starts

• Full refund (minus payment processing fees, if applicable)
• Or refund after deducting consultation/planning charges

This is standard if no work has begun.

After Work Has Started

• 30% advance – non-refundable once project starts
• Remaining amount refundable only for unfinished milestones

All sales are considered final

Clients may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial payment, provided that no substantial work has commenced on the project. Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for consideration.

Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable due to the time, resources, and planning allocated to the project.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
